These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Qotixo, a quoting, e-signature, and payment platform for contractors, operated by Qotixo ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using Qotixo, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Qotixo. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating your account, including your business name, license information, and payment details.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Qotixo is offered as a subscription service at $69.99/month, with a 14-day free trial for new accounts. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically and you'll be billed on a recurring monthly basis.
Qotixo uses Stripe and Stripe Connect to process payments between you and your clients. When a client pays a deposit or invoice through Qotixo, those funds are routed directly to your connected bank account — not held by Qotixo. You're responsible for complying with Stripe's terms of service as a condition of using our payment features, and for any fees Stripe charges for processing.
You retain ownership of the quotes, pricing, client information, and other content you create or upload to Qotixo. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service (for example, generating a client-facing quote page or a PDF).
You're solely responsible for the accuracy of your quotes, pricing, and any representations you make to your clients through the platform.

We aim to keep Qotixo available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages from time to time. We're not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.
You may stop using Qotixo and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay your subscription.
Qotixo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the platform will be error-free or that it will meet your specific business needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qotixo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes with your clients.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of Qotixo after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
